Experience Needed:
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Surveying or Commercial Management
• 7 years of civil engineering experience
• Road project experience
• Main Contractor experience is highly desirable
• Design Build Contract experience
• Membership of a professional body is highly desirable
• Commercial awareness
• Negotiation skills

Job Description:
• Report to the Regional Commercial Manager and Regional Director
• Provide commercial support for the project
• Inform all project staff of commercial issues
• Financial reporting (CVRs)
• Budget forecasting,
• Maximising cash flow
• Risk management
• Monthly interim valuations
• Contractual management of project
• Supply chain management
• Materials procurement
• Subcontractor management
