We are looking for experienced Construction Managers to become permanent members of our team.
About The Role: We have a number of opportunities for experienced Construction Managers to join us on major oil and gas, cross-country pipeline and infrastructure projects across Australia. You will develop your career, whilst enjoying the many benefits of the Australian way of life. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the execution of all on-site project activities for our major construction projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality and client specifications.

Requirements: The successful applicants will be extremely motivated and good problem solvers who want to work with a great team delivering construction and/or pipeline projects to blue chip clients. Our Company needs enthusiastic, experienced Construction Managers with strong business ethics, who enjoy the dynamics of large projects and have a proven commitment to maintaining safety excellence in our working environment. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 7 years in a similar role working with multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of multi-million dollar construction or infrastructure projects;
• Substantial experience with the erection and installation of either structural steel, tankage, piping and/ or cross country pipeline projects for industrial plants using direct labour;
• The ability to provide leadership and direction to superintendents and sub-contractors as well as being the key on-site contact for client representatives;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships and foster a team environment;
• A proven track record in the management of health and safety; and
• Substantial experience in the engineering contracting sector servicing the Oil and Gas, Resources or Infrastructure industries will be highly regarded.
