Ideal Candidate
As a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction sector, you will have experience in managing vacancies end-to-end recruitment process and you will have a good understanding of the technical requirements of the roles employers seek to hire in the Construction industry.
The key traits that we seek when considering future team members are:

* Proven experience in recruitment
* Degree qualified - Ideally with either a business, HR or construction qualification
* Self-management potential
* Drive to succeed and achieve targets
* A natural ability to engage with people and develop successful relationships
* Interpersonal effectiveness
