. You will participate in a number of Brownfield and Greenfield projects for both front end planning studies and detailed engineering phases of multidisciplinary projects. Working visas for self and family will be arranged and financed by the client on successful negotiation of a contract and full relocation costs and support will be provided.

Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
* Developing estimates for a range of studies from order of magnitude to feasibility, to definitive estimates.
* Managing and coordinating the activities of the project estimating team using estimating database software
* Regularly reviewing the estimate status at both discipline and management levels.
* Identifying any corrective action required to maintain schedule.
* Maintaining current basis of unit rates applicable to work at site.
Requirements
* 5 years experience in an estimating role within a multi discipline EPCM environment in the mining/metals, or energy, or other heavy industry
* Engineering diploma or degree preferred OR extensive experience may substitute for post-secondary requirements
* Experience with CCS (Candy), Prism or similar estimating system would be an advantage
* Basic understanding of all engineering disciplines
* Knowledge of the compilation of Order of Magnitude / Pre-feasibility / Feasibility estimates
* Experience with large projects
* Sound estimating knowledge of international projects would be an asset
