Junior Quantity Surveyor - Dublin

Position Summary: 
The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be keen to develop their career in a dynamic environment which offers a broad range of experience whilst working on challenging and exciting projects in a mix of sectors. The successful candidate will report to the team director. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of our team and join an international cost consultancy practice based in Dublin. 

Role and Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and estimate high level budgets 
  • Maintain financial tracking of projects and ensure budgets are not exceeded 
  • Review progress claims 
  • Review and recommendation on contract variations
  • Conduct tender evaluations

Desired Experience and Education: 
  • 1 year QS experience 
  • CostX experience (desirable)
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel 
  • MRICS qualified beneficial but not essential 
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying 
  • The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful
