Junior M&E Coordinator - Main Contractor

Location: Dublin
Entered: 22 Oct 2017
Salary: See description
Duration: Permanent

Company Overview:

Azon are working with a longstanding, well established tier 1 main contractor with an unparalleled reputation.

Everybody wants to work for this company where their employees are happy, challenged, rewarded, secure and get to work on the country’s most exciting projects.

A job with this company is a career and Azon has received fantastic reports back from those we have placed within it.

Background:

Business performance and improved market conditions are driving the need to recruit for an expanding construction team.

Azon are accepting applications on behalf of the company for the position of a Junior M&E Coordinator.

In this role you will report to one of two Senior M&E Coordinators that form part of a close knit and supportive team.

This is a fairly specialised role within a building company that offers broad ranging management experience from the get go.

Working within a close knit team you will forge strong relationships with the Senior M&E Coordinators who will offer extensive support in a role that offers fast track development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of the fast track development on offer with a view to progressing into a Project Management role before long.

Responsibilities:

You will have real responsibility from the beginning for managing the M&E scope of the project.

This will involve managing M&E subcontractors with respect to programme, specification and design.

This will further include coordinating and liaison between M&E Package stakeholders such as the client, design team, safety and other parties. This will evolve into chairing periodic team meetings.

Qualifications:

You will have a third level mechanical or electrical degree qualification or similar. You could be a graduate coming from college or have some early career experience in some of the above responsibilities in a project environment.

The most important requirement after the above is that you are able to communicate well with others and work as a team.

Salary:

This role is expected to pay somewhere in the region of €30,000 - €35,000

To Apply:

We want to hear from you whether you are actively searching for a new position or are more passively considering a new role.
