Job Description:

General Purpose of Role The focus of the role is to manage the work teams and resources to deliver the work in terms of safety, people, margin, quality and time The specific areas of responsibility of the role Be proactive in relation to safety and ensure a safe working environment across the project by enforcing compliance with the client Safe Work Guidelines and Policies as well as compliance with legislative requirements under the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations. Work Safely in accordance with the OH + S Policies and Procedures Work in accordance with Environmental Management System and promote environmentally considerate work practices. Compliance with the Management System procedures for Document Control and Control of Management System Records, ensuring policies and objectives are observed and followed in the execution of tasks. Manage the Construction Team to complete the works in accordance with Project Management Plans, Quality Assurance and environmental requirements Develop and promote good communications and professional relationships between all levels of staff and employees on site Coordinate the interrelationship between the various trades and ensure that subcontractors carry out the work safely, efficiently and in accordance with the program PlRequirement: Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience Minimum of 5-7 years in the construction and or mining industry People management experience Demonstrated leadership skills and competency Previous experience working in a team environment Professional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in remote locations on flyin/flyout basis form Perth on rotation schedules Senior First Aid Certificate
Package Basic salary: ranges from E130K pa to E140K pa depending upon experience. Site allowance: 35-40% of Basic salary Superannuation (pension) contribution Total package: E180K - E200K Rosters in the bush are generally 15 days onsite followed by 6 days R + R Private Health Insurance Income Protection + Death Benefit Scheme Annual Leave: 4-5 weeks paid at normal salary Relocation Costs Flights 457 Visa - family or single Initial accommodation Site Vehicle Site Accommodation Mobile phone
