Building Project Manager with extensive Airport experience

Alpine Recruitment Group has been retained exclusively to recruit an experienced Project Manager with extensive Airport experience. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have at least five years projected work on a number of new build projects all Airport related. The following criteria applies: EX pat - preferably Irish or UK Minimum of fifteen years post graduate experience Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline Minimum of five years dedicated Airport experience Ideally you will have both Client & Contracting experience Candidates who have a proven background in Airport related Client & Contracting experience are preferred although this is not mandatory Candidates with GCC experience are preferred although again this is not mandatory Only candidates with exceptional references will be progressed to first round interview You will have responsibility for monitoring various projects and ultimately to safe guard the Client and oversee all Contractors. Quality and Health & Safety will also fall under your remit. You will be part of the Senior Management Construction Team responsible for delivery in a timely and cost effective manner. The remuneration on offer is commensurate with senior construction roles in the Middle East with ex-pat package.
