Job Description
Basic Function
To lead and manage engineering projects, from evaluation through design and implementation. All projects to be completed to standard, on time and within budget

Detailed Duties
* To independently evaluate, select and apply suitable engineering techniques to help solve problems of complex and wide-ranging nature, within a cleanroom environment.
* To co-ordinate teamwork and project management tasks.
* To conduct or to contribute to project evaluations, in conjunction with interested parties and departments. This would include producing written reports for project assessment.
* To prepare or co-ordinate design documentation for review and approval, which would include, but would not be limited to;
  o Preparation of project scope
  o Project timelines
  o Costings
  o EHS/Quality evaluation
* To manage the implementation phase of projects. This includes;
* Procurement
* Co-ordination and management of external suppliers/contractors
* Co-ordinate project team activities
* Liaise with the project owner and other relevant Departments
* To manage project quality time and cost.
* Preparation/collation and issue of all project 'close out' documentation.
* To ensure that all external and internal persons involved in the project understand and comply with all relevant Procurement, EHS, and Quality standards.
* To provide periodic reports on project status.
* To lead, motivate and allocate work to assigned staff.
* Responsibility to maintain project documentation in accordance with Client requirements
* To be responsible for the review of assigned project objectives and priorities with the Project Engineering Manager.
* To keep informed of new project management methodologies and relevant process technologies.

Requirement
Education - Degree in Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant industry experience
10 years experience, minimum.
