About the Role: We have a number of opportunities for experienced, highly motivated Senior Project Managers to join us on major resource projects across Australia. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the successful, hands-on delivery of million dollar construction projects inclusive of safety, commercial, industrial relations and client satisfaction.

Requirements: The successful applicants will be extremely motivated, problem solvers who want to work with a great team delivering service to blue chip clients. Our Company needs enthusiastic, confident leaders with strong business ethics, who enjoy the dynamics of large projects and have a proven commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 10 years in a similar role managing multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of multi-million dollar construction or infrastructure projects;
• Highly developed communication, mentoring and leadership skills at all levels, with substantial experience in people management, Health, Safety & Environment and quality;
• A strong commercial acumen incorporating tender estimating preparation and evaluation as well as responsibility for financial and budgetary targets;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships and foster a team environment;
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering are required and an MBA or Project Management qualifications would be desirable; and
• Experience within the Engineering contracting sector servicing the oil and gas, resources, energy, pipelines or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
