Our Client, Long established Engineering Organisation Involved in Major Infrastructure Development, is seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager Construction for its Dublin Office.
To be considered for the role you must:
Have more than 8+ years’ Relevant Project Management experience in Construction.
Have thorough knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.
Have a thorough understanding of FIDIC & GCCC forms of contracts.
Have a good working experience in managing staff and sub-contractors.
Have a proven ability to manage and control agreed budgets and timelines.
Have a track record of ensuring safe and effective delivery of works.
Have client facing experience and reviews of contracts.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical).
Have excellent communications skills.
Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-aspects of a project.
Ideally you will:
Hold a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or (Similar / Equivalent).
Have relevant experience working in Telecoms, Utilities or Infrastructure projects.
Have experience in ensuring Safety Standards & Regulations.
Have on-site construction supervision / project management experience.
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Manage multi-faceted projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
Be Computer literate in computer and database applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Power project etc.

Duration c12 months with potential to extend.
