Our client is looking for a Project Manager to work on one of the structural and building projects in Cork city/ surrounding areas.
Job Summary + Purpose
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with previous commercial building experience for a prestigious project due to start in the Cork city area.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for organising and directing the project team throughout the course of the project.
The most important requirement is that you have experience in managing projects in the commercial and industrial sectors and have delivered project(s) valued in the region of €20 - €100 million.
You will likely have a minimum of 5 years' experience at this level and have an engineering background.
Suitable third level Construction qualification; minimum Degree or higher
You will be coming from a tier 1 or 2 main contractor background.
