Experienced Accounts/Purchasing Assistant

 The ideal candidate will have up to two year’s experience in the Construction Industry in a similar capacity, will have strong communication and IT skills (primarily purchase ledger experience, excel and sage), will be energetic, motivated and enthusiastic. This is a full-time position with excellent career prospects.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Follow orders through from PO to Delivery.
  • Assist in the negotiation of accounts with Suppliers.
  • Input PO's and goods received into PO system (Sage).
  • File delivery dockets.
  • Record supplier invoices on excel.
  • Create purchase invoices from goods received notes (Sage).
  • Report to Purchasing Manager and Financial Controller.
  • Liaise with Site Clerks regarding material requisitions and supplies for various projects.

This role is currently vacant (immediate start) based in our Mullingar Office.
