Senior Quantity Surveyor Housing Project Details:
2x 30+ storey residential towers, 2x9 storey towers & large basement car park.
Live on site, with cladding underway & internal work beginning. Project is 1 year from completion.
Senior QS Duties:
To work with other Section QS to handle all QS/commercial aspects of the project, reporting only to the company Commercial Director.
Senior QS Experience Required:
Candidates must have UK experience of working with a recognised housing developer (Berkeley/St George/Fairview etc etc)
Experience in a Senior QS role is essential.
Periods of continuous employment on CV in a permanent role are essential.
