With over 40 year’s experience in building prominent substructures for many of the country’s largest main contractors across many sectors including residential, retail, mixed-use, education, healthcare, leisure, logistics and commercial our client are now in the position to provide a complete turnkey service within these sectors.

With a key upturn in work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join as a senior commercial manager within the M&E division. The reason for this position is because the company are looking to bring someone to help manage the current workload as well as bring new business opportunities with you as well as. Therefore, you will need experience leading teams, being able to work under pressure, an ability to identify and win new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current client relationships.

As this is a role which would see you join in a senior role you will need to have extensive experience. Therefore, you will need to be a self-starter and be confident that you can bring business along with you through your existing contacts. This is a very attractive opportunity for someone who has been in there current position for a while and is now looking for a change where they can grow even more as well as help further establish this company.

Role responsibilities-

*Help grow the business development for the company across the region
*Providing advice to the client on matters
*Have the potential to bring along business with you
*Once you have brought business along with you, continue to build new relationships with clients whilst maintaining those you already have

Role requirements-

*Building services related degree, chartered or working towards)/ HNC or HND with appropriate design experience will be considered
*10 years' or more of design experience
*Understand clients objectives and requirements
*Membership of a professional engineering body
*Excellent client facing and management skills
*Good knowledge of statutory legislation and standards
*Commercial awareness and acumen
*Ability to potentially bring business along with you
