Job Description Candidates should have prior experience on civils projects with main engineering contractors. Candidates with experience working on major construction and engineering projects, earthworks, structures, drainage, or marine works are highly regarded. Candidates will be technically competent, good team players with the drive to succeed within a main contracting environment. Reports to: Senior Supervisor/Manager's Position Purpose To achieve optimum production and cost outcomes through the management of direct labour and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment. Accountabilities Safety, Health + Environment Management * Project Delivery * Contribute to the delivery of project on time and within budget Quality / Standards * Ensure project standards and quality are achieved through: * monitoring adherence to safe work method statements and undertaking risk analysis of same * ensuring plant and equipment are operating in an optimal and safe fashion * clearly explaining work practices, standards and expectations to team members * continuously seeking methods to improve and streamline operations * monitoring quality output of work team and taking appropriate corrective action where necessary * Quality standards met * Budget and time constraints met Planning and Scheduling * Develop and deliver against a project plan Reporting / Records * Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision making, * Timely, accurate and relevant reports produced Client Focus Ensure relevant stakeholders' requirements are met by building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships, * Participate and contribute to an effective and productive team, Key role relationships Internal * Project Managers * Project Engineers and Engineering Team * Site Engineers * Peers within company * Project employees External * Subcontractors * Consultants * Suppliers

Package Basic salary: ranges from E100K pa to E110K pa depending upon experience.
