| Site Manager Residential Site Manager required by a leading developer to manage the day to day running of a large housing project North Dublin. The successful candidate will be degree/diploma qualified in Construction or s strong management back ground from a trade qualification Candidates must have thorough knowledge of building practices and current building regulations couple with excellent client facing skills. Duties Responsible for the day to day running of the project Manage staff & sub-contractors Manage the interface with the client & design teams to ensure & maintain a good working relationship Provide regular project reports to management Manage all phases of the project Responsible for ensuring HSE & Quality matters are properly managed on site.
