The successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, repair,
installation and modification of all sawmill-related equipment to maximize

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $34.16/hr (approx €24.34 / £20.39)
Shifts: Shift work will be required: Day, evening, and graveyard shifts.
-Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with PLC’s and
variable frequency drives.
-Troubleshooting ability and computer literacy also required along with
experience working in a heavy industrial setting.
-Applicants must be highly motivated, team oriented, and safety conscious.
Education: BC or inter-provincial Electrical trade certification
-The ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
-A strong background in programming PLC’s.
-Strong trouble shooting skills.
-Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process would be an asset.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
