Our client, a medium sized multi award winning Architectural Practise in South Dublin is currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their practise. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a very successful, forward thinking team.   
To be considered for the role you must: 
  • Be Degree qualified in Architecture.
  • Have more than 5 years relevant post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice (or similar).
  • Be RIAI (RIBA) registered or be eligible to be registered.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Irish Planning Regulations and Guidelines and BC(A)R 
  • Have design experience in large modern Commercial and Residential projects.
  • Have team leader / management experience.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-up.
  • Have strong IT skills (Microsoft suite) and a high level of computer literacy.
  • Be competent at liaising with other disciplines and consultants.
  • Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). 
  • Have excellent communications skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage a project from concept through to completion.
Ideally you will: 
  • Have working knowledge of Construction contracts (GCCC, RIAI)
  • Have design experience of modern office facilities and residential
  • Have design experience of modern retail facilities (or similar)
  • Be proficient in REVIT and have a competent knowledge of BIM
  • Have concept design experience.
  • Have interior design experience.
  • Have detail design experience.
  • Have experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. 
  • Be competent managing multi-aspects of large project.
The Role:
You will work in an award-winning offices for an award-winning architectural practice, in Dublin South. You will be working on major high-profile, prestigious, commercial and residential projects, where you will have unbridled opportunity to unleash your design flair, design concepts and technical capabilities.
You will have the opportunity to continue to develop professionally as this client proactively encourages CPD.
You will work with a highly successful team and report to an Associate and the Directors.

Remuneration is negotiable depending on the experience, suitability and fit of the candidate. However, the ideal candidate can expect a salary in the order of €55,000
