Are you an I + C designer with heavy industrial projects experience? Are you interested in relocating to Australia or Canada and working on exciting large-scale contracts with one of the World's leading EPCm companies? Our client has several openings in its Mining, Metals and Energy businesses for I + C Designers + Engineers in Perth, Australia or Toronto, Canada. You will participate in a number of Brownfield and Greenfield projects for both front end planning studies and detailed engineering phases of multidisciplinary projects. Working visas for self and family will be arranged and financed by the client on successful negotiation of a contract and full relocation costs and support will be provided.

Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
* Prepare design criteria and control philosophy development
* P + ID development
* Control system design
* Instrumentation design and instrument specifications
* Communication and access control
* PLC and DCS software development may be required
* Prepare construction drawings, including electrical schematics, loop diagrams, instrument location diagrams, and installation details
Requirements
* Completion of a two- to three- year college program in engineering design and drafting technology or in a related field
* 5 years of experience in a design office role working on large industrial or mining and metals or energy projects or other heavy industry
* Experience with programming languages such as C++ and VB and engineering tools such as Intools, Plant Space P + ID, 3D modeling, and Relational Database will be considered a definite asset
