Senior Project Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia Construction Project & Job Duties:
A Project Manager is required to join an experienced project management and cost consultancy team to deliver the landmark Capital Market Authority (CMA) Tower.
This is an iconic project which marks the economic strength, and centre of the Saudi Arabian economy as a regional powerhouse.
The tower will represent the Capital Markets Authority, the regulator of the capital market in the Kingdom and as a structure, will be located as the anchor building within the new King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.
The proposed iconic tower will be the highest structure in the district and the flagship development comprising some 184,000 m2 incorporating office space, multipurpose theatre, exhibition hall, lounges, restaurants, bookstores, and airline office and health club.
The nature and function of the tower must be sensitive to successful integration of the wider district where design must be coordinated within the overall site masterplan and proposed transportation linkages and circulation requirements further impacted by off site parking.Key features of the project design will include security, environmental sustainability and smart building technologies to reveal a high quality, modern and functional facility for visitors and tenants alike.
Essential Project Management Experience Required for Saudi Job Role:
Structural design background essential
Experience managing major projects essential
Experience on High Rise projects essential
Experience of managing a team both at design stage and on site essential
Middle East experience highly desirable
Willing to relocate to KSA (preferably)
