Tender & Quality Coordinator

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are currently inviting applications for the position of Tender & Quality Coordinator for our client, a specialist Civil Engineering contractor. Our client is well-known for their excellent results on Road & Motorway, Rail, Piling, Bridgework, and Earthwork projects. This permanent role will be based in their Head Office in Meath. The Tender & Quality Coordinator will report to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for tender administration and document control for the Tender & Quality Department.


Job Description



  • Update all company CVs in set format

  • Collate all past project information sheets

  • Develop templates for tenders

  • Assist with quality & technical submission for tenders

  • Completion and submission of prequalification’s to meet deadlines

  • Set up and maintain library of photos from completed projects

  • Work on all tender frameworks agreements for Public Sector Clients

  • Organise a database for prequalification essays & information

  • Update and maintain training register

  • Update and maintain training files

  • record and assist with developing a system for continuous professional development records

  • Assist in the development of skills profiles for staff

  • Assist in training of all new staff in both the site and head office quality plan

  • Assist in the control & updating of all quality control documentation

  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement program


Desired Skills & Experience



  • Must be degree qualified or have previous relevant experience

  • Previous experience in the construction industry is beneficial

  • Knowledge is ISO 9000 is an advantage

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Advanced IT skills
