Business Development Administrator Assistant

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Administrative Assistant for a major construction company who have completed multi-million Euro projects in a wide variety of sectors.  Our client is based in Co. Kildare.

 In this role you will work proactively as a member of the Business Development Team to carry out assigned duties and to help achieve the unit’s objectives and targets.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing prequalification submissions.
  • Maintaining Prequalification information library (such as experience lists/ database, CV’s, datasheets, safety, quality, environment, project references & project images)
  • Maintaining CRM Database
  • Researching, identifying and reporting projects of interest
  • Providing ad hoc information to third parties
  • Reviewing daily newspapers in search of project ads, project leads and any other items about our company or the industry
  • Co-ordinating messages on social media
  • Minute taking at Marketing Meetings
  • Providing telephone support, record and distributing message
  • Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with activities.
  • General Unit tasks

What you need to succeed
  • Technical and Industry knowledge with a Business / Engineering qualification.
  • Experience in preparing prequalification / tender submissions would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work to strict multiple deadlines
  • Good team player, flexible, adaptable, reliable and punctual
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM software an advantage.
  • Experience in the use of social media platforms in a business context.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent document presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
