Exciting sales opportunity for a successful sales executive to join an award-winning financial services company in the Grater London
An award winning Umbrella company that provide payroll service solutions to organisations and contractors worldwide are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing London team with a focus on developing strong relationships with key industry contacts and generating new business nationwide.
This is a full-time permanent role with an excellent basic salary and uncapped comission on offer.
As a Business Development Manager you will be targeting the recruitment industry, hunting for new business in addition to account managing new clients you bring on, proactively nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies by booking and attending meetings to secure new business. Working alongside the National Sales Manager you will have full support on meetings alongside comprehensive training provided.
Person specification of the Business Development Manager:
- 2 years + sales experience (ideally recruitment/payroll but not essential)
- Demonstrable track record of securing new business
- Confident, articulate and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Social individual who enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders
