Role responsibilities:

• Supporting the BIM Execution Plan
• Reviewing models for tender stage
• Supporting the BIM Lead
• Producing 3D models for technical reviews, estimating cost and for clash detection
• Working with other areas to develop models
• Acting as BIM point of contact on site
• Reviewing models as developed by design teams and subcontractors
• Supporting other stakeholders such as logistics team, planning and site management teams
• Managing junior team members

Role requirements:

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline
• 5 years BIM experience
• Proficient in Revit, CAD, Navisworks
• Portfolio required
