Site Agent / Project Manager (Civil) | Isle of Man | €Neg (low tax) + Car + Accom

Our client are a major developer delivering thousands of residential units across the UK including Isle of Man, Scotland and England. They are now recruiting a Site Agent / Project Manager to deliver Infrastructure works on time and within budget.

• Required for 400-unit residential development with the site split in two by the IOM Steam Railway, so need a £5m civils package (bridge, 1.5km bypass & roundabout) delivered by this major developer.
• You will have previous project experience on earthworks, embankments, road, or rail works. 
• Liaising with the local authorities, managing the ‘in-house’ site team and monitoring the subbies in relation to quality, time and cost.
• As a minimum, you will have seven years post grad experience (HNC or Degree), be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience of constructing complex, fast track, highway related civil engineering / bridge projects.
