Our client is a major developer in Azerbaijan.
They are seeking a commercial manager for several multi million Euro projects which include high end hotels and villas.
Proven track record.
Staying power in employment history.
Have international experience with a large scale Contractor or Developer on a mixture of Construction projects from start to finish.
Previous demonstrable experience in the management of and leadership of a project commercial team.
Robust and resolute and capable of working on their own initiative.
Degree qualified in Cost Management (QS or Equivalent).
A professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent) would be good but not a prerequisite for the right candidate.
Cost Planning / Budgeting.
Understanding of and ability to develop detailed cost plans.
Proven ability in the procurement of both Consultants and Trade Contractor packages under a Construction Management (CM) form of delivery.
Proven ability in the management of both Consultant and Trade Contractor packages day to day.
Change Management under a CM form of delivery.
Claim / Dispute Management.
Control of the project budget.
Preparation of monthly cash flows.
Preparation of monthly CVR’s and project cost trackers.
Preparation of monthly reports.
Final Accounts and Close Out.
Ability to negotiate and close out final accounts with Consultant and Trade Contractors.
