Join a truly global company that operates across 5 continents with over 110 years of experience in construction and engineering. Globally they have completed extraordinary projects covering Airports, Railroads, Ports, Mining, Hospitals, Roads, Singular builds and Water Infrastructure.

This role is with their Irish arm and will focus on design and build tenders for a number of live Educational Facility projects throughout Dublin and Leinster. Current value €70+ million.

Requirements:

• Industry experience - Circa 10-12 years in a comparable position.
• Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or relevant business degree.
• Must be Chartered (RICS or SCSI) and have experience working as a Commercial Manager role in Public Works Contracts and PPP schemes.
