Join a leading contractor with expertise in the Power, Construction, Telecommunications and Rail sectors amongst others. The company has developed a strong portfolio of clients in the UK & Ireland including some of the largest telecommunications and power companies in Northern Europe.  They continue to expand and have recently secured a major framework project in the East of Ireland. You will be working on this framework project and have a key role in the delivery of important infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, and initiate opportunities based on their strategic importance to the organisation.

• Reporting to the Company Director to ensure all operations are being maintained as the business requires.

• Contribute to the overall financial wellbeing of the organisation in terms of achieving turnover, margin, resource planning and cost management.
• Develop pricing models and negotiating with clients on price model implementation.
• Identify any challenges which may arise, and work with Management and Clients as required, to resolve efficiently & effectively

Requirements:

• A qualification in civil engineering / construction related discipline

• Experience in a similar senior role with specific experience of dealing directly with or working for Electricity Utilities in the Irish or UK markets.
• Broad business knowledge with the ability to assess and resolve multi-disciplinary problems and communicate solutions to a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and diplomacy skills
