The Construction Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site. They ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure project success.
- Manage and monitor all phases of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
- Ensure that construction work meets company quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project expenses, control costs, and ensure the project stays within budget.
- Keep the project on schedule by coordinating with various teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, change orders, and reports.
- Relevant construction related qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Previous pharma experience would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
