They have recently secured several large projects which will guarantee significant work throughout the next several years.

The Construction Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site. They ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all phases of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Ensure that construction work meets company quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project expenses, control costs, and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Keep the project on schedule by coordinating with various teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Relevant construction related qualifications
• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Previous pharma experience would be beneficial
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
