Facade Manager - Dublin City Centre 

Project: €250m mixed use development

Due to continued growth and turnover, one of Ireland's Tier 1 Main Contractors is seeking a Facade Manager for Dublin based on a residential and commercial project. 

This company have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Most of their workload comes from repeat business as they have a strong reputation for their competitive edge and reliable execution of projects undertaken.

Your Role Will Involve: 

• Oversee all aspects of façade construction, from planning to execution, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver façade elements that align with the project's design and specifications.
• Manage the façade installation process, including materials procurement, scheduling, and site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to the façade team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and report to senior management on the status of façade works.

What we are looking for: 

• Proven experience as a Facade Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in façade construction.
