MC Project Manager Galway & North Galway

Our Client National Building Contractor are looking to appoint a Project Manager for ongoing & upcoming projects in Galway & North Galway
They typically undertake medium sized projects €5M - €30M across the building sectors to include residential, hospitality, healthcare, Pharma, industrial and commercial builds.
Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
Develop plans & schedules to achieve agreed outcomes
Ensure that all work complies with health & safety standards in line with company policies
Programme the works from beginning and maintain the programme throughout project.
Manage the project from initial stages to complete hand over
Responsible for the overall delivery of the project
Manage project activities in line with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications from beginning.
Approve sub-contractors’ long term and short-term programme and monitor performance.
Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management
5+ years’ experience with a main contractor is desired
Driving Licence
Market leading salary with transport, health, pension, education, subscriptions, fuel card etc with defined project & performance related bonus schemes
