Our Client is an established building company with a turnover in excess €150M annually.
They have successfully negotiated two projects within close proximity of each other in Newlands Cross on the M7
Both circa €20M in value with 2 yr programme for each.One is commercial the other health care 5 & 6 storeys
Looking to appoint an existing Project Manager from an established main contractor who is looking to progress their career to Contracts Manager by managing both projects, respective site teams etc
Given the location this may appeal as its a straight up & down the M7/8/9
Fully supported and within short commute HQ
