Senior Project Manager
Our client is a major Irish property developer that covers the entire development scope from land sourcing and acquisition, planning and scheme design to development and sale. It has developments both under construction and at various stages in development covering both and residential and commercial sectors.
They are seeking a strong senior project manager to join their team. You will report directly to a director of the company and be an immediate integral part of the organisation.
Duties:
Overseeing project timeline, budget, contractor issues or resolving issues with external bodies/groups. Fully accountable for project delivery on time and in budget.
Advise on engaging best quality consultants and contractors to ensure delivery of premium quality developments
Ensuring Health and Safety and Building Regulations are adhered to as this is a highly regulated industry.
Significant Commercial and Engineering acumen, with the ability to assist in Design brief review and changes.
Aware of current best practice in relation to cost and usage of energy efficient materials, build techniques and design.
Requirements:
Relevant Third level degree.
Several year’s experience in the project management of large residential or office developments.
Significant Commercial and Engineering acumen, with the ability to assist in Design brief review and changes.
Strong interpersonal skills
The company will offer a very attractive salary and package for the right candidate which potentially could be significantly above market expectation.
