Contracts Manager required for a Mid-Tier Main Building Contractor for projects in the Dublin/Leinster Region.

Our client an established main building contractors are currently building a diverse range of projects within the Public and Private sectors. Projects such as University Buildings, Schools, Healthcare facilities, Technology, Retail and Residential.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who has a proven track record with a Mid to Tier 1 main building contractor and who is looking for that clear path to a Regional Directors position.

Essential requirements:

• Third level Construction qualification.


• Minimum 20 years’ experience in construction and with Main Building Contractors


• Currently working as, a Contracts Manager with a Main Building Contractor in the UK or Irish markets


• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills


• Good commercial awareness.


• Remuneration


• Salary 100k plus


• Company transport, bonus, pension etc.
