KCM currently have an opportunity for an established Contracts Manager or Senior Project manager with a Tier One main contractor with the required experience to complete high value projects from hoarding to handover from a technical and commercial perspective.

The position will be based in the Dublin region.

The salary for the role will be in line with the seniority of the role

You will have a proven track record in the delivery of similar scale projects with Tier One contractors either in the UK or Ireland.

You will report to a Board Director of the company and work in unison with the commercial departments of the company to ensure the commercial success of the project.

Candidates will need to be H&S aware, a motivator and a team builder, have a strong appreciation of constriction design, project scheduling, value engineering, construct processes, client liaison and reporting.

Previous experience at this level with a Tier 1 contractor is essential.

A proven track record of delivery of projects in the €25 – €50 range preferably in high/medium density residential.

For their part the company has excellent structures and systems in place to assist in the successful delivery of the project and will support the position fully.

The role would obviously suit a candidate currently unsettled in their current employment, an experience senior PM who wants to move forward or a candidate returning from overseas with the appropriate experience.
