Our client is a well- established specialist subcontractor based in Munster involved in the fit-out of modular constrictions in the pharma/life science and Data Center sectors

Their projects are oftentimes between 6 months and 1 year in duration and can be in different locations in Europe.
They are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the successful practical/commercial success of these projects.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director of the company.
You will over a period of time take responsibility for the delivery of these projects by overseeing project managers and supervisors on various sites.
Apart from taking overall responsibility for delivery, you will also have an involvement in client liaison, subcontractor procurement, logistics, and the commercial success of the projects.
The project range in value from 500k to several million depending on the size of the project.
Typical works would include the design and delivery of cleanroom upgrades, composite wall installation, ceiling construction and installation of internal/external doors.
This role would suit a candidate from an internal fit-out sub-contractor background.
A willingness to travel is also very important and the role will by its nature require very frequent trips to mainland Europe.
The role could also suit a candidate who has previously run their own construction business and understand the importance of small detail.
The company will offer a very attractive salary package for the right candidate which is negotiable in terms of its make-up.
