Contracts/Senior Project Manager – High Density Residential
Our Client is a large-scale developer/contractor with a number of high-density residential projects both under construction and in planning.
They are seeking a Contract Manager/Senior project who has experience in the delivery of high-density residential developments either with a Main Contractor or Developer.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of a large-scale residential project from cradle to grave and taking full responsibility for the successful completion of the project.
The salary and package for the role will be in line with the importance of the role and the calibre of the candidate.
Experience:
Knowledge of the planning and condition compliance processes.
Programme development and management
Cost management & controls
Protocols and procedure implementation
Team development & building
Innovation & problem solving
Forward planning
Relationship building with consultants, supply chain and 3rd party / stakeholders
Construction delivery of high density residential projects.
