Client: Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M
Role: They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their fast paced team in Dublin 22, who will thrive working within a collaborative environment delivering fast paced market leading schemes within the Data Centre sector. You will provide technical support, guidance and direction in overall Onsite aspects of the Project.
Responsibilities: Supervise, preparation, scheduling, coordinating and support for all onsite activities assigned to the project. Interact daily with the wider team to ensure that requirements are fully complied with on-time and to quality standards prior to post inspection. Supervise electrical subcontractors, provide tool box talks and guidance.
Communicate directly with our clients and our administration team.
Skills: Supervisor Onsite works. Good organisational/planning skills with ability to manage time effectively between multiple site activities. Demonstrate a logical approach to tasks with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, client focused and the ability to present complex commercial technical results in a clear and concise manner.
