Our client is a large international contractor heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers.

They are currently seeking an Electrical Project manager for a Data Center under construction in Italy

The role would suit a candidate who is proactive, a good communicator and focused on getting the required task completed.

Duties

Reporting directly to the Project Director you will oversee all aspects of the electrical packages on the project including installation of all HV and LV services and electrical project commissioning.

Duties will include short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing electrical engineers and subcontractors, ordering materials, providing technical advice and keeping a close eye on project spend to ensure profitability.

You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.

Requirements:

Previous experience Data Centers would be useful but not essential for candidates with industrial/pharma experience.

This is a PM role so an understanding of planning and cost awareness is essential, and a third level qualification would be desirable.

The company will offer a very attractive salary package for the right candidate which will include return flights every 2 weeks, accommodation etc.
