Pro-Fit Doors is a small joinery business in the North Louth area, supplying and fitting Fire Doors and related products to commercial clients. We have an immediate opening for a Pricing Estimator/Quantity Surveyor.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial projects including pricing from complex Bills of Materials, ordering materials, preparing manufacturing schedules, invoicing and managing documentation requirements. Must be proficient in Excel and have excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure as part of a small team.
The successful applicant should ideally have a relevant third level qualification but experience in a similar role in the Irish construction sector is more important. Experience in the joinery sector would be a distinct advantage.
Position may suit a quantity surveyor or adminstrator with experience in the construction sector who has excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Flexible working conditions may be offered to the right candidate.
