Finishing Foreman – Dublin 2 (Contract to Permanent)

Competitive Hourly Rate 

A Tier 1 Contractor are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Dublin 2 on a Large-scale Commercial Fitout project over 8 storeys. The company have been awarded multiple projects for 2021 and have a busy order book secured for the next two years. This is a contract to permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Managing the fit out of the project through to completion
• Providing clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner
• Managing the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they are in line with the programme of works on site
• Being aware of latest building regulations and certification standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience working for main building contractors or developers in Ireland or the UK
• A trade or degree qualified background
• High-end Finishing experience on high density residential or commercial projects
