A privately owned company are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. The project:

In this position, you will be based on a mixed-use development consisting of over 500 units in four multi storey blocks from seven to 13 storeys in height, with 7,111m2 commercial/retail and medical use space, over a 5,527m2 single level basement.

Your responsibilities:

• The supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
• Ensuring workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and health & safety
• Evaluating and identifying upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
