Our client who are an Irish property development company are seeking a talented Finishing Foreman to join the company. This is a permanent position based on a New Build Apartment complex in Dublin 12. The company has an extensive residential landbank throughout the Greater Dublin Area and surrounding counties, comprising a mix of traditional low density suburban new homes and higher density apartments developments.
Requirements
- Experience in residential construction specific apartment building experience
- Trade background or Construction Management/Engineering Related Qualification
- Knowledge of latest Building regulations and Standards
- 7+ years management experience with a medium to large scale developer or contractor
- Strong understanding of Construction Workflow and subcontract works sequencing
