Finishing Foreman - Dolphins Barn D8 
Permanent Position
Our client is an international building company and are recognised as one of Irelands leading building contractors with a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, data centres, industrial and education. They wish to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for 100 unit apartment project in Dolphins Barn.
Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
• Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
