A leading contractor within the Irish construction industry are seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis. The position is based on a Large-scale Education campus which will cater for up to 1,000 students. The building will contain 19 state of the art design studios, advanced computer laboratories with five seminar rooms.

This company have honed their skills and experience over 6 decades within the industry. They deliver projects across Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Hotel, Residential, Sport, Education, and the Healthcare Sectors. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the delivery of the day-to-day Internal Finishes on site 
• Providing clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of Internal works on site

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK
• A trade or degree qualified background
• Proven track record of having previously managed Internal Fitout projects
