Our client is a large main contractor with numerous diverse projects nationwide and internationally. The successful applicant will form an integral part of the middle management team and have an excellent opportunity for career progression.
THE ROLE:
Finishing foreman on a large multi - storey Student accommodation block of which the main frame is mainly constructed. Project works will include demolition, services, fit-out, extensions and alterations to existing structure.
DUTIES:
Supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance
Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same
Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures.
Maintaining a tidy, safe and efficient site at all times
Liaising with the client in a professional manner when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Trade background preferred.
10 yrs experience in Construction
PACKAGE
