A leading Residential Developer in Ireland with over 60 years' of experience is seeking a Finishing Foreman to join the company. The project is a large-scale Apartment development in Dublin 18. This company have been building for generations and have a focused approach on quality, innovation and sustainability. While this company is involved primarily in the Residential sector, they also complete Commercial sector developments.

Requirements:

• To be degree qualified or trade background
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finishing Foreman
• The ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control while maintaining a professional manner
• Previous experience completing large-scale, high-density projects
• Sound knowledge of the latest building regulations, legislation and health and safety
