Our client who are an Irish based international property development company have a requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their firm. The position is based on a prestigious large-scale residential development based in Naas, Co. Kildare. The project completion date for this is 2028. 

Requirements

• 7+ years post qualification main contractor or developer experience
• Trade or Degree qualified
• Manage project from Fitout stages through to hand-over.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Monitor sub-contractors' short term and long-term performance
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
