• Salary of €65,000 - €75,000 DOE plus vehicle & benefits
• Residential project  

This company is an established Main Contractor with over 30 years' experience within the Irish construction sector. They are renowned within several key market areas such as Education and Residential, providing integrated turn-key designs, construction, and project management services. Their clients include government agencies and private developers.

This is a permanent position based in North Dublin on a Residential project.

You will need:

• A trade background or construction related degree
• Previous residential experience
• At least 5 years' experience working within the construction industry
• An ambitious and hands-on approach to projects
• A sound knowledge of the latest Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
